Great device. It's hard finding these types of toys that have the up and down motion that work well. I've tried several and this one is the best of the lot for a few reasons. One is that it is easy to take out. A lot of these toys have a flare in the inside that works against your anatomy and when you remove them, it can be painful. This toy has a smooth edge so that it glides out when you are done. Another feature that makes this one superior is the wide base. It provides a level of stability that others lack. On many of other similar devices when the toy starts moving up and down, the base will move while the inserted section acts as an anchor and doesn't move. This one gives you a true up and down penetrative experience. Lastly, the motors provide the up and down as well as the vibration are great. You get a lot of sensation out of them.
