I bought this one because it looked very different from any of the others I've tried. Not only does it look different, the experience with it is also very unique. It came with 2 latex (guessing) sleeves. One gives a pass-through to the large chamber. I believe that was supposed to be used as the pump. The other sleeve is more like some of the pocket masturbators that is closed off at the end.When I tried the sleeve for pumping, it definitely had a very strong vacuum but I do have other units that seem to have more effective pumping features so I probably wouldn't buy this if that's the main thing you're after.The reason you'll want to get this is for the masturbation sleeve. Good quality product! Great battery life and able to connect to Joyhub. A change to the boring same old same old vacuum pump.
