So I am 2 months out from having a radical prostatectomy and am experiencing ED post surgery. I decided to try this device as its not possible at this time to attempt activities with a partner. So far I've had it one month and used it four times. Didn't know if it would work with no prostate and ED. I am happy to say it did with 100% success rate. I got this device to experience some pleasure while recovering from surgery( not sure orgasm was possible without prostate or erection) and not to replace the real thing but the experience was satisfying. Overall I was very satisfied with the device but the suction mode has stopped functioning after one month (4 uses). I am waiting to hear from customer support (not that this is the type of product you want to address with customer support) and will upgrade my review if its replaced. This occurred for me but, as mentioned due to surgery I have severe ED and thought this was perhaps due to not being able to become erect. Still was able to "finish" with each use, ( didn't know if it would be possible), so I cannot say say I am unhappy with the device.Its a little large and heavy but manageable.Suction stopped working after 4 uses, hoping for replacement. Will update after hearing from customer support.I would recommend it and think if you are realistic about what you are trying to accomplish you would be happy with it as wellUpdate- very quick and good customer support experience. Terrible shipping experience

Not worth it

This is by far the best male adult toy I have ever used. The rhythmic suction maximizes your erection without causing any discomfort and actually pulls you deeper into the sleeve. With each suction cycle (settings from slow to fast) a thrusting motion is created that is above and beyond the description of this devise. My only reluctance with this purchase was that it wasn’t advertised as a thrusting toy, but it actually does create that movement on its own with the suction it creates. Great device, sadly there was a notch in the vibrator which led to on my last use the vibrator ripped the silicone sleeve, in which also I'm having troubles finding another sleeve.

Good product overall. Only con is the noise.. it's loud so if you need to be quiet you cannot use suction. Otherwise, it's very good. Also, maybe $50 would be a better price also quieter, more sound dampening.
