The shipping time was great, it came the day after I ordered it. Upon opening the package I was a little upset about the size, but after using it I wasn’t so upset. I read over the instructions and couldn’t find anything towing where the charging port was, so that was a little hard to find. Maybe a diagram or a picture in the instructions would help. The 1st inch of the base should have been smaller because there is a problem with it falling out or I should say vibrating out. I would say it definitely got the job done . The app was easy to find and load and pairing my phone with the device was also easy. I would definitely recommend this toy.
