1. Why should toys be free?
The purpose of our free or discounted adult toys is to encourage customers to try other types of products that are not offered for free.

2. Minimum order value:
Your cart must have the minimum purchase indicated in the offer list. Otherwise, your order will have a high shipping cost or your order may be canceled without notice. If the order is not canceled, Sohimi will ship only a selection of products directly from your invoice without notice.

3. Free offers are not reusable:
There is only 1 free promotional set per order. Orders with multiple free offers selected will be adjusted by Sohimi staff. Only 1 free offer will be randomly selected from your invoice. Quantities are limited, buying more is invalid. If the originally selected free set is not available, we will replace your original free item with a similar item at our discretion and without notice.
